Questions

Who counts as an editor?

Anyone who can change portfolio data or team capacity. Admins count as editors. Viewers can read everything and ask Keel questions for free.

Do I need my own AI key?

You add your company's key in settings. Without one, Keel uses its built-in rules for scoring, planning and warnings.

Can I bring my data from spreadsheets?

Yes. Import a workspace file, or connect Jira and ClickUp to pull in delivery work.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Admins can export the whole workspace at any time, and every report exports to PDF, PowerPoint or Excel.
